Senior Surveyor – Salary: Negotiable
Our clients are leading homebuilders in the UK and urgently require:
Responsibilities:
Ensure control points (Survey Stations) are established site-wide, check on the structures, including overall control of earthworks setting out and site-wide setting out, based on information provided by the Designer.
Ensuring surveys, Q&A, etc are implemented site wide
Ensuring instrument checks are carried out regularly and are recorded and reported and safe working methods are established and implemented from the planning stage of the contract.
Ensure staff have been appointed in accordance with the procedures and arrange for training as and when required
Ensure co-ordination and co-operation between staff, suppliers, sub-contractors, and customers.
Co-ordinate the provision of design information, temporary works and procurement with the requirements and progress of the works.
Ensure all specified `acceptances` are sought and obtained in a timely manner.
Ensure Risk Assessments are carried out in accordance with procedures.
